• Note for LINE users: Due to technical restrictions in Vietnam, we cannot add overseas LINE accounts by ID or phone number. We will provide our LINE contact link via email, so please add us first.

2. For Arrival Fast Track (Landing in Nha Trang)

Meeting Point: International Arrivals Hall (Cam Ranh Airport).

• Step 1: Upon landing, proceed directly to the international arrivals hall.
• Step 2: Look for our professional staff waiting to greet you, holding a placard with your name on it.
• Step 3: Our representative will personally guide you to the Priority Immigration Lane for expedited clearance.

Important Note: To ensure service continuity, please remain in the VIP line with our staff at all times. They will guide you to the correct lane and stay nearby to observe until you have fully completed the process.

3. For Departure Fast Track (Flying out of Nha Trang)

Meeting Point: Departure Gate B / Counter B (Please refer to our photo instruction sent via chat).

• Step 1: Arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before your scheduled departure time.
• Step 2: Complete your airline check-in and baggage drop-off independently.
• Step 3: As you make your way to Gate B / Counter B, please send us a message, and our staff will meet you there promptly. (If you anticipate being late, you must inform us via message before heading to the airport).
• Step 4: Our staff will escort you directly to the Priority Immigration Lane.
  • Note for Standard Departure: You will handle the Security X-ray screening individually after immigration.
  • Note for Super VIP Departure: Our staff will also guide you to the Priority Security X-ray Lane for faster screening.

Important Note: For security reasons, our staff will escort you to the immigration officer at the start of the priority line but cannot accompany you past this point.

According to airport security regulations, our staff are not allowed to accompany passengers beyond certain checkpoints (e.g., past the immigration counter). They will ensure you are placed in the correct priority lane and stay nearby to observe until you have successfully cleared the process.
