Meeting Instructions: Our guide will wait at the Arrival Gate of Halong International Cruise Port holding a Sondax Travel sign with your name.
Stay Connected: Wee will send your guide’s contact and vehicle details via WhatsApp 12 hours before arrival. Please ensure you have international roaming or port Wi-Fi enabled.
Timing Flexibility: We monitor your cruise ship's schedule in real-time. If your ship is delayed, your private guide will adjust the pickup time accordingly.

08:00 – 08:30: VIP Meeting at Halong International Cruise Port. Immediate departure in your private car.
