• We will contact you in advance to arrange complimentary pickup/drop-off from your hotel within Hanoi Old Quarter. For guests who arrange their own transportation to the workshop location: Meeting point is at Alley 75, Lane 173, Hoang Hoa Tham Street please stand at the intersection with a big yellow sign that says “Bia Hoi Mau Dich”. We'll be there to welcome you and guide you to our venue.

Part 1: Cultural Welcome (45 mins)

Enjoy eco-friendly hotel pickup within the Old Quarter and a warm welcome with traditional snacks and refreshments. Begin your journey into Vietnamese coffee history and culture in an intimate, authentic workshop space.

Part 2: From Bean to Cup – 6 Recipes, 6 Stories (90 mins)

Under expert guidance, you will roast, grind, and brew six signature Vietnamese coffees:

• Hanoi Egg Coffee – Created in the 1940s when milk was scarce, featuring whipped egg yolk foam.
• Coconut Coffee – A Southern-inspired tropical blend of Robusta and creamy coconut.
• Salted Coffee from Huế – A delicate balance of salt and condensed milk from Central Vietnam.
• Traditional Cà Phê Nâu – Classic Hanoi brown coffee brewed with a metal phin filter.
