This fully hands-on experience invites you to cook, brew, and understand why Bánh Mì and coffee remain timeless symbols of Vietnamese daily life. Learn directly from a local chef in a cozy kitchen: prepare dough from scratch, bake your own baguette, customize your fresh fillings, and master the art of brewing Vietnam's famous signature coffees. No prior experience is required; just bring your curiosity and an ardent love for food!

1. Transportation: We provide complimentary pickup/drop-off within the Hanoi Old Quarter. If you arrange your own transportation, the meeting point is at 519 Au Co Street, Hanoi (Google Maps Link).
2. Preparation: No prior experience is required! All tools, ingredients, and aprons are provided on-site. Infant seats are available, and the venue is accessible via nearby public transportation.
3. Arrival: Simply present your e-voucher or booking confirmation upon arrival. Our host will greet you and guide you through the entire experience.

Part 1: From Dough to Baguette (~75 min)

• Warm Welcome: Your experience begins at a cozy local kitchen with a welcome drink. Meet your expert host and get introduced to the flow of the class.
• Baking from Scratch: Roll up your sleeves! Under step-by-step guidance, prepare the dough, learn baking basics, and get hands-on with the foundations of an authentic Hanoi bánh mì—fresh, crisp, and full of character.

Part 2: Local Culture & Build Your Bánh Mì (~45 min)

• The Soul of Bánh Mì: Discover how French baking techniques met Vietnamese ingredients to create this perfect balance of crispy, soft, rich, and fresh.
• Customization: Build your perfect sandwich with pickled vegetables, fresh herbs, sauces, and your choice of traditional fillings (Grilled Pork/Chicken) or vegetarian options (Crispy Tofu).

Part 3: Vietnamese Coffee Craft & Shared Meal (~45 min)

• Brewing Secrets: Step into Vietnam's creative coffee culture. Learn traditional techniques to brew 1 signature drink of your choice: Egg Coffee, Salt Coffee, or Coconut Coffee.
• Taste & Connect: Sit down in a relaxed setting to enjoy your homemade Bánh Mì and coffee. Share stories with your host and fellow travelers, and leave with a digital recipe booklet to recreate these flavors at home.
