2. For Arrival Fast Track (Landing in Phu Quoc)

Meeting Point: Arrival Hall, International Terminal 2 (Phu Quoc Airport).

• Step 1: Upon landing, proceed directly to the international arrivals hall.
• Step 2: Look for our professional staff waiting to greet you, holding a placard with your name on it.
• Step 3: Our representative will personally guide you to the Priority Immigration Lane for expedited clearance.

Important Note: To ensure service continuity, please remain in the VIP line with our staff at all times. They will guide you to the correct lane and stay nearby to observe until you have fully completed the process.

3. For Departure Fast Track (Flying out of Phu Quoc)

Meeting Point: Entrance Gate, 1st Floor – International Departure Terminal (Near the café, please refer to our photo instruction sent via chat).

• Step 1: Arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before your scheduled departure time.
• Step 2: Complete your airline check-in and baggage drop-off. (Note: If you booked the Super VIP Departure and fly with UO, C6, KC, or DV/VSV, our staff will assist you with Priority Check-in).
• Step 3: As you make your way to the meeting point, please send us a message, and our staff will meet you there promptly. (If you anticipate being late, you must inform us via message before heading to the airport).
• Step 4: Our staff will escort you directly to the Priority Immigration Lane.

Important Note: For security reasons, our staff will escort you to the immigration officer at the start of the priority line but cannot accompany you past this point. You will handle the Security X-ray screening individually.
